RIP Bushing (Resin Impregnated Paper)
The main insulation of the RIP dry-type capacitive bushing core wound with imported crepe paper and aluminum foil, then vacuum-impregnated with epoxy resin and cured at high temperature. The external insulation use porcelain or composite housing. RIP bushings achieve dry-type, oil-free design, offering excellent insulation performance, small size, light weight, easy installation, maintenance-free operation, which is widely used in high-voltage power transmission and transformation equipment.



RIF Bushing (Resin Impregnated Fiber)
The main insulation of the RIF dry-type capacitive bushing is a solid capacitor core made of high-performance glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin and cured at high temperature. The conductor can be of draw-lead or draw-rod type. The external insulation is silicone rubber sheds or porcelain. RIF bushing achieve oil-free, solid insulation design, maintenance -free operation, small size, light weight, installation at any angle, stable electrical performance, and no risk of combustion or explosion.

550kV EHV Laborotary
We have built the 550kV extra-high voltage (EHV) testing laboratory with fully shielded hexahedral design, ensuring partial discharge (PD) background level below 3pC. Equipped with 1,000kV power frequency withstand voltage test system, 2,400kV lightning impulse withstand voltage test system, 600kV zero partial discharge, zero-loss high-voltage standard capacitor, as well as intelligent PD and dielectric loss measurement systems.
